Julio Velazquez Santiago, born in 1981 in Salamanca, is one of the most promising coaches of European football.
At the moment, he is the head coach of Portuguese club Vitoria de Setubal.
It is not his first experience in the Primeira Liga, as he managed Belenenses during the 2015-16 season.
The Spanish coach has already an excellent track record; he guided prestigious Spanish clubs, Villareal, Real Murcia, Real Betis, Alcorcon, and he coached Serie A club Udinese during the 2018-19 season.
